I teach a similar concept and I loose a lot of students because of it. You have to have the total system in place. Generating leads do not do you any good if you do not have a logical progress to take them through to develop them into a loyal customer. The money is in the high-end back end products and you have to nurture that list so that the creme of the crop rise to the top. I teach to nurture my leads constantly offering higher and higher priced products and watch who rises to the top.
