Yes it would be very good to know EXACTLY and SPECIFICALLY what those non-tangible/non-physical aspects of a product or service package are, that:
1. Make it more and more valuable
2. That people are willing to pay for and will do so
And specifically, once identified….
1. How to make those non-tangible/non-physicals as absolutely beneficial to the customer as possible so he/she does receive an incredible valuable result when he makes that purchase
How to best deliver this content in a way that the customer gets the maximum value and overflows with satisfaction to the point of referring others and spreading word of mouth…..
