What are you Being Paid to Be Small?

Whatever your Success Level is right now, you are there because the Payoff to be there is the Payoff you choose. When you decide what you’re being paid to stay where you are and write it out, THEN you can decide whether to keep working for the payoff of being small or Fire your current employer and trade-up to one who pays you differently!

I was there, sitting in that room a year ago. I cannot hear it enough. You were the first to affirm me when I said that I wanted to cut back on my hours and not work between 2:30-8:00 to be more present for my babies and earn equal to if not more than I had previously in my career. Thanks to the transformation of belief and the boldness you share in your message that was a reality for me this past year and it is just the beginning, Baby! Keep speaking it, Kevin. We can’t hear it enough. The things I pick-up on today and different than when I heard it a year ago. The residuals of your message live on–BIG TIME!
